This one is difficult for me. Not because I don't have a guilty pleasure, but because I think I have way too many. But thinking of it, I think I can blanket a whole lot of them with one word: food. Lots and lots of yummy, sugary, chocolate-y food.
For example, in the Spring, my guilty pleasures are Cadburry Mini Eggs and Girl Scout Cookies. I'm definitely no health nut, but in the Spring time, I give in to every whim that includes these two items. I believe that two Easters ago, I ate at least two bags of Cadburry Mini Eggs a week. At LEAST. And I considered this to be moderate. I had my secret Candy Drawer in my desk, and I would munch nonstop while completing "homework". "Homework" being browsing through titles of journal articles for my English class in between chatting on Facebook.
My other (biggest) guilty pleasure is TV. I know a lot of people who tell me, "Oh, I just don't have time to watch TV" or "I'm not good at just SITTING there for hours!".
I am. I'm very good at it.
I have probably upwards of dozen shows that I follow in the fall. These include, but are not limited to: The Office, 30 Rock, Big Bang Theory, Amazing Race, So You Think You Can Dance, Bones, The Mentalist, and Castle.
But not Glee.
Commence sharpening your pitchforks.
I love regular cadbury eggs. James bought me about 12 for my Easter basket and I was depressed for like two days when they ran out.
ReplyDelete"I am. I'm very good at it." hhaha me too. And I love mini eggs, they's gooood. I forgive you for not watching Glee.
ReplyDeleteYou used to love Glee. What changed your mind?
ReplyDeleteI am sad you don't watch Chuck though. :) It's starting tonight!! Woot woot!
